  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, absolutely! In Oregon you must be licensed to manage rental properties. All employees of HomeBase are Licensed Property Managers and Real Estate Brokers and are licensed to both manage and sell real estate in Oregon.

  • How do you market and get my property rented?

    We have cutting edge software that places your vacant units on over 20 different websites that advertise properties available for rent. We take each property and tailor the marketing for you including signage on-site for drive-by visibilty where appropriate.

  • How do you handle renewing leases?

    Every quarter, all property being managed by HomeBase is reviewed for the need to do lease renewals, rent increases or any other type of action. Tenants are then contacted through our Property Management software, with options for renewal, upon which we follow up personally to assist (and encourage) the process of renewal.

  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    Right away! We can start managing your property immediately no matter what time of month or year.

  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We specialize in single-family residences and small to medium sized multi-family properties. We are happy to review any property to ensure that we can be of the best service to you.

  • How is rent collection handled?

    Tenants are invited to pay their rent through our cutting edge online rent payment portal. Over 96% of our tenant base is singed up for this through our secure website. The transition to this system is very simple and we will work with each of your tenants to help them get enrolled.
